This is where your journey begins. We’ll sit down one-on-one to talk through your skin history, your current concerns, and your goals. From there, we’ll design a treatment plan that’s customized just for you. At this first visit, you’ll also receive your first in-studio treatment so we can immediately start working toward clearer skin.

Bi-Weekly Treatments
Consistency is everything when it comes to clearing acne. For the first 12 weeks, you’ll come in every 2 weeks for professional treatments that target acne, calm inflammation, and support your skin’s healing. Each session allows us to track your progress, adjust your routine as needed, and keep you moving forward without the guesswork.

Progress and Maintenance
As your skin begins to clear, we’ll gradually space your treatments out to every 3 to 4 weeks. - Stop using products with benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, or strong exfoliants at least 3 days before your first treatment.
- Avoid tanning, waxing, or other aggressive treatments for 1 week before.
- Arrive with clean skin and no makeup.
- Be ready to discuss your current products, medications, and lifestyle so we can create your personalized plan.
- Only use the Face Reality products we’ve recommended. Do not mix in outside products, as they may slow your progress.
- Avoid picking, squeezing, or scratching blemishes.
- Protect your skin daily with sunscreen. Sun exposure can worsen acne and post-inflammatory marks.
- Skip tanning beds, saunas, or steam rooms for 48 hours after treatment.
- Avoid retinoids, harsh exfoliants, or active products for at least 5–7 days after each treatment.
- Stay consistent with your homecare routine and attend bi-weekly check-ins for the best results.
