Your safety and comfort come first. Before your appointment, you’ll complete a client intake form where you’ll be asked to share any medical conditions, allergies, current medications, or if you’re pregnant or nursing.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, children are not permitted in the treatment room or waiting area. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment so you can fully relax and enjoy your service.
All service sales and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and will be issued as store credit only.
All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins, as we want to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve.
Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system or by contacting the studio directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Your appointments are reserved just for you. We understand that life happens and schedules may need to shift. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your service total.
No-shows will also be charged the full service amount.

We want you to enjoy the full benefits of your treatment, but arriving late may limit the time we’re able to spend with you.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

Gift cards are the perfect way to share a little self-care. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
